These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between lantai6 and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity. Account Eligibility

2. You are accessing the Platform as anindividual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
3. You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling activities is illegal or restricted under applicable law. It is your responsibility to ascertain and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of lantai6, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
5. You have not previously had an Account on lantai6 that was suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms or any other policy.
6. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or have voluntarily requested exclusion from gambling platforms.
7. You are registering using accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. Any Account created using false, misleading, or third-party information will be immediately terminated, and any associated Wallet balance may be forfeited.

lantai6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any of the above eligibility conditions at any time, and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Account Registration & KYC

Each eligible individual may register one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and permanent account closure.

During and after registration, lantai6 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. KYC verification may be triggered at account creation, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any time at lantai6's discretion. Users are required to submit the following documentation upon request:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's License — clear photos of both front and back where applicable.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months, showing your name and Malaysian address.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of the User holding their identity document, taken at the time of submission.
• Payment Verification: Screenshots or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, DuitNow) confirming the account holder's name.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or submission of fraudulent, altered, or third-party documents, will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. lantai6 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact lantai6 support immediately via live chat.

lantai6 recommends that Users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, use a strong and unique password, and log out of the Platform after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). lantai6 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, subject to availability:

• E-walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — processing typically instant.
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow — processing typically instant.
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating banks — processing typically 5–15 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency: BTC, USDT — processing subject to network confirmation times.

Minimum deposit: RM30. Maximum deposit: RM30,000 per transaction (subject to individual payment method limits).

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful and current KYC verification; (b) full satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements; (c) the withdrawal amount not exceeding the User's available balance or applicable daily/monthly limits; and (d) the Account being in good standing with no active disputes or investigations.

lantai6 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals on behalf of third parties. The name on any payment method used must match the name on the verified Account. Deposits from or withdrawals to unverified third-party accounts will be rejected and may result in Account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

lantai6 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual Promotion at the time of offering.

Key conditions applicable to all Promotions on the Platform include:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each Promotion's detail page.
• Promotions are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of Promotions — including multi-accounting, chip dumping, or use of automated tools — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus amounts and Account closure.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus offers are available toone Account per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• lantai6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice, including where it determines that a Promotion is being abused or exploited.
• The minimum deposit required to activate a bonus is stated on each Promotion's detail page. Deposits made before opting into a Promotion will not retroactively qualify.
• Bonus Funds are separate from real-money balance and will be applied to wagers after real-money balance is exhausted, unless otherwise specified.

Bonus amounts and associated winnings may be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are fully met. By claiming any Promotion, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms applicable to that Promotion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets on the lantai6 Platform are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game interface or betting market. General rules applicable across all gaming products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No cancellation or modification of a confirmed bet is permitted except where explicitly provided for in the specific game or betting market rules.
• lantai6 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all virtual and slot games. All slot and table games are sourced from licensed studios with independently verified Return to Player (RTP) rates.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including server outages, disconnections, or software errors — that affects the outcome of a game or bet, lantai6 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and refund the staked amount to the User's Wallet.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted at a quoted price, that price is locked regardless of subsequent market movements, unless the market is subsequently voided.
• In the event of palpable errors in odds, payouts, or game results (e.g., obviously incorrect odds published due to a technical error), lantai6 reserves the right to correct the error, void affected bets, and refund stakes. This right applies regardless of whether the User has already received a payout for the affected bet.
• Winings from live casino games are determined by the outcome of the live dealer game in real time and are subject to the rules applicable to that specific table and game variant.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the lantai6 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim Promotions.
• Coluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or live table games.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to lantai6 immediately rather than utilised.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the Platform's source code or underlying systems.
• Charging back deposits made via payment methods after wagering activity has occurred on the deposited funds.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members or associates.
• Using the Platform if you have voluntarily entered into a self-exclusion agreement with any gambling platform or regulatory body.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.

Responsible Gambling

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal recreational use only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from lantai6.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content or game interfaces.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any intellectual property notices on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of lantai6 intellectual property may result in Account termination and appropriate legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lantai6 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or anticipated profits as a result of technical malfunction, server outage, or any other Platform failure.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Loss or corruption of Account data, including Wallet balance, where such loss results from events outside lantai6's reasonable control.
• Any actions taken by lantai6 in good faith pursuant to its compliance obligations, including Account freezing pending KYC review.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are subject to statutory restrictions, lantai6's aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

lantai6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• A request from any regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, lantai6 will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve the matter. Where an Account is permanently terminated for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any improperly obtained bonuses or winnings will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Users may also close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 24/7 live chat support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Wallet balance will be processed for withdrawal via the User's last verified payment method, subject to KYC and wagering requirement conditions.

Amendments to Terms

lantai6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — lantai6 will provide reasonable advance notice via in-Platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and the regulatory framework under which lantai6 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes as to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as designated by the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit lantai6's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is available to protect its legitimate business interests, including but not limited to the protection of intellectual property rights and prevention of fraud.

Users in Malaysia are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling activities in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws. lantai6 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions from which it may be accessed.
